Bookies 2018 is realized as part of the curatorial program of SIC Space
SIC was founded in 2012 by a group of artists based in Helsinki. The members are: Olli Keränen, Maija Luutonen, Konsta Ojala, Sauli Sirviö, Timo Vaittinen, Aino Lintunen, Mika Palonen, Niina Tervo, Bogna Wisniewska and Laura Wesamaa. SIC operated an exhibition space in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki from 2012 until 2018, and is currently working without a permanent location.
